For flugelhorn, install the booster at the bell tail outlet, just before the bell flare.
If your instrument has a counterweight, you can remove it and place the booster in its position.
1. Using the Boosters
- Installation: Slide the booster into position on the bell tail until it is firmly in place.
Playing: Play normally and take a few minutes to get used to the new response and sound.
Adjustment: You can slightly move the booster along the bell tail to fine-tune the feel and resonance.
2. Care & Durability
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive products or solvents.
Storage: Store the booster in a dry place, away from shocks and extreme temperatures.
Durability: With normal use and proper care, your booster will last for many years.
